Accessible toilets are provided and are located next to The North Face.
Our baby changing facilities and accessible toilets all have provisions to make them Stoma friendly.
We are registered with Changing Places, offering an accessible care room for customers who need it. This includes:
- Changing Bench – adult-sized and height-adjustable
- Hoist – ceiling track hoist designed to be used with loop attachment slings, the sling is provided
- Toilet –is a peninsular toilet
- Grab rails and privacy screen
- This facility is stoma friendly.
Our changing Places care room is located behind The Vaults area and requires a radar key to access.

Cash machines are located at Barclay’s on SouthGate Street, outside Sainsbury’s on Newark Street, at Bath Spa Railway Station or outside eurochange on SouthGate street.

The Car Wash Company is located on Level -1 of thr Car Park and is open from 9am – 5pm Monday – Saturday and from 10am – 4pm on Sunday and Bank Holidays.
Our toilets, including accessible toilets and baby change facilities, are located next to The North Face.
SouthGate Bath’s car park is located next to The Gym Group and Morrisons Market Kitchen and directly underneath the shopping centre.
With 876 spaces including parent and child and disabled parking, parking couldn’t be more convenient. We have dedicated motorbike parking areas on level -1 close to the entrance barriers and throughout the car park. Please note, there is currently no charge for motorbike parking at SouthGate Bath.
Our carpark barriers allow motorcyclists free access to our carpark but must be parked in designated motorbike bays on -1 and -3. Please be aware of our carpark height restriction, the maximum vehicle height is up to 2.1m.

When you’re ready to leave and before you return to your vehicle; Just enter your registration number at one of our payment machines. We accept Card payments only.

Ticket-less and Cashless System
Our parking system is a ticket-less and cashless system. Drive-in and the barriers will automatically lift. When leaving, visit the pay station to pay for the duration of your stay by simply entering your registration number. The barriers will recognise your number plate and lift as you depart. QR Codes are currently displayed in lift lobby entrances.
Rail Users Parking Zone
The rail users parking zone is located on level -3. The National Rail Parking area is charged at the National Rail daily car parking rate. These charges apply Monday-Friday only.

Selected SouthGate stores offer Click and Collect. Visit the ‘Shops‘ section of our Eat, Drink & Shop page to see if your store offers Click and Collect.
We have Pod Point electric vehicle charging bays on-site for customers at all three levels of the car park.
Charging points all offer 7kW charge via a Type 2 universal socket. Our EV charging is 49p per KWH.
